Hub des Grants & Subsidies
Maximise the financing of your insulation. Find out how R'BULL technology fits in perfectly with the 2026 legal requirements for unlocking your grants.
MaPrimeRénov' 2026 reforms: What you need to know
The ticket office has reopened! Major new feature: wall insulation is no longer financed as part of a "step-by-step" renovation. Assistance is now concentrated on strategic insulation of roofs and attics. For major renovations, an appointment with an advisor is required France Rénov' has become compulsory.
MaPrimeRénov' (By Geste)
Available for homes over 15 years old. The amount of the grant depends on your tax income:
| Very low income (Blue) | 25 € / m² |
| Low income (Yellow) | 20 € / m² |
| Intermediate income (Violet) | 15 € / m² |
Energy allowances (CEE) & Metropolitan France
In mainland France, subsidies require high levels of thermal resistance (eg: R ≥ 7 m².K/W in lost attic space, R ≥ 6 in crawlers).
Overseas France (Aides DOM)
In hot climates, the EEC legal requirements are different (Roof threshold : R ≥ 1.5 m².K/W).
With its R = 1.60 m².K/W, the R'BULL Pro 13 can be used on its own to unlock the overseas energy grants (up to €20/m² depending on the territory).
5.5% VAT & Eco-PTZ
Applicable directly to your estimate and invoice if your home is more than 2 years old, for the installation and supply of the insulation system including R'BULL (superimposed in mainland France).
Finance your outstanding balance without paying interest. Borrow up to 15 000 € for insulation alone (repayable over 15 years), with no means testing.
