Tracking your visit after a Ceilingo email
If you reach this site from a Ceilingo email and accept the “Suivi de votre visite après un courriel Ceilingo” service in the cookie banner, we link your visit to that email: pages opened, time spent, videos watched and return visits for 30 days. This information is used for our sales follow-up (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is kept for twelve months. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the site’s cookie management link; nothing about you is sent to Google.
The chat robot on this site records your messages and the contact details you choose to leave, in order to reply to you and follow up your request. Messages are processed by our artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic) to produce the reply; they are not used to train its models. Retention: twelve months. No cookie is set.
