Test reports R'BULL Pro and R'Acoustic

Every value published on this site refers back to a document you can read: a laboratory test report, a calculation, a reaction-to-fire classification, a declaration of performance or a European Technical Assessment. For each one, you will find the body, the date, the method, the result and the PDF.

How to read these values

  • Insulation alone or with air gaps. A thin reflective insulation works mainly through the air gaps that surround it. A thermal resistance “with two air gaps” adds that of the product and that of the gaps: measured on the whole assembly in a guarded hot box (Pro 5 and Pro 20), or calculated for the gaps according to EN 16863 from the declared emissivity (Pro 13 and Pro 10). It only holds for the thickness and orientation of the gaps stated.
  • Emissivity. It is measured according to Annex D of standard EN ISO 22097:2023, which requires any measured value below 0.05 to be declared as 0.05.
  • Reaction to fire. The classification applies to the assembly tested, here bonded to a standardised fibre-cement substrate.
  • Assessed, not certified. ETA 22/0178 is a European Technical Assessment of the declared performance, not a certification.
  • Scope of the results. Each laboratory states that its results apply only to the samples tested.
